In case of Exchange of goods, we ask you to return the item and then place a new order. Items can be exchanged within 14 days of the date of shipment by sending them back in perfect condition in their original wrappings along with your original delivery note.

HTKF will only accept returned items as long as they have not been worn or washed and which are returned with their labels and tags intact. Lack of original garment bag; 39 SEK fee.

Return of goods must be made within 14 days after you have been notified that your order has arrived at a servicepoint. Customers outside EU: within 30 days after receiving your order.

In case of Return, shipping costs are at the customer´s expense. 

If you need to return or exchange a garment within Sweden, please contact us and we will send you a return note. A fee of 79 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

Credit will be valid after goods has been returned to our warehouse and if the stated conditions are fulfilled. Returns has to be sent and delivered to our warehouse address. 

You may also return garments with regular mail (not REK) at your own expense. Include your delivery note or a note with your name and order number. Unfortunately we cannot track your returned order when sent by usual mail, but if you have any queries, we are happy to help you.
